Philip Lee is our Vice President for APAC region. He brings over close to 15 years of regional work experience in various leading technological firms and has a proven track record of leading and implementing strategic initiatives across countries. Leveraging on his expertise in industrial automation, digitization, and sustainability, he is task to drive Green Tenaga’s efforts to pioneer “A Sustainable Future” by making energy storage initiatives smarter, more sustainable, more agile, and more resilient through end-to-end customer centric approach. By prioritizing stakeholder management and embracing a partnership-centric approach, LEE is able to build collaborative relationships, create value, and drive sustainable success across its initiatives.
Tony Ang is our Engineering Director. He has more than 20 years of experience in electrical and automation system as well as building services spanning across building construction and various industries globally. Coupled with his vast experience in power converter, the wealth of engineering expertise he brought on are the cornerstones of our engineering department.His attention to detailing and holistic approach towards problem solving and devising of solution ensures completeness of our offering. By adhering the norms and having openness to challenge them, his quest for excellence is relentless. With continuing evolvement of energy storage technology and solution, Tony and his team seek to harness them and deliver the forefront. This resonates with our vision of providing the optimal product, system and solutions for our customers.
Racheal is our Operation Director. A proven and trusted leader with expertise across multiple disciplines within the various operational functions, including project execution, quality assurance, after-sales support, procurement, and logistics. With over 17 years of extensive career experience, Racheal adeptly leverages her critical thinking skills and operational excellence mindset to successfully tackle highly challenging and demanding projects with a calm and clear-minded approach. Coupled with her on-site practical and application experience in handling complex situations, She aims to implement operational excellence procedures and ensure quality workmanship in our deliverables to achieve customer satisfaction.
Alex is our Commercial Director. He is a champion advocate for sustainability. A well-established sales leader in motion control focusing on energy efficient drives technology. With a highly rewarding career spanning over 15 years in sales and services, he is widely recognized as one of the most proficient technical sales leaders capable of providing wholistic techno-commercial discussion with customers for the past decade. Alex continues to put the key value of “Customer focus” to action. He is a highly committed life-long learner. With his recent certification from Boston Consulting Group for “RISE Green Economy for senior leaders”, he wishes to gain more perspectives & exchanges in this new and exciting field and hope to meet with you soon!
